Returns & Exchanges
At Wellington Fragrance, we strive for complete satisfaction with your aromatic supplies; however, due to the nature of our products, we accept returns on unopened, sealed items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that fragrance oils and essential oils cannot be returned once the seal is broken to ensure the purity and safety of our inventory.
Return Process
- 1.Request Authorization
Contact our customer service team via email or phone to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our facility.
- 2.Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the unopened products in their original shipping container, ensuring that the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.
- 3.Ship the Return
Send your package using a trackable shipping method to our warehouse address; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
- 4.Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our quality control team verifies that the seals are intact and the product is in original condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus a 20% restocking fee.
